All the house was sleepy when Ron went to the kitchen. He couldn’t sleep for a while and decided to get up early, and it was quite unusual. He was surprise to see George, already dressed, drinking a cup of coffee in the kitchen.
‘Hi,’ said Ron, sitting down.
‘Hey!’ respond his brother cheerfully.
‘Already waked up?’
‘Yeah, i couldn’t sleep. You?’
‘Same,’ answered Ron.
Ron was watching the emptyness, stupidly. He didn’t know what to eat. In fact, he wasn’t even hungry.
‘Good thing you’re here,’ continued George. ‘I had… something to ask you.’
Ron didn’t move. He was looking curiously at his brother, and after a long moment of silence, George suddenly became more serious.
‘I was wondering, if you accept to help me at the store.’
‘Me?!’ he exclaimed in surprise. George giggled.
‘I don’t see another Ronald Bilius Weasley, but if you cross one… tell him it’s you that i choose, right? If you—’
‘Of course i want’ said Ron immediately.
George seemed very pleased with himself.
‘Perfect. you start tomorrow. At 5. Don’t be late.’And as George left the kitchen, Ron gave to himself a little smile.
